Duff, have you seen nozbe.com yet? Or more importantly iNozbe.com. I think that the combination of iNozbe and my new iPhone is finally getting me on the path to your GTD 100!
I tried out Nozbe but honestly didn't like it. I thought it had too many features, and wasn't organized intuitively.
But I could see how a web app like Nozbe would work really well with the iPhone. Some of the iPhone touting guys here are using gootodo, which violates some of the principles of GTD, but works well for some.
